Remote (Based in one of the Major Metro Areas below) — Regional Travel Required

About the Role:

We are hiring three dynamic Business Development Representatives to expand our national footprint. Ideal candidates are based in high-density metro areas (e.g., Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, Phoenix, NYC, Denver) with access to markets where private insurance is common. You’ll drive referral relationships, build territory strategy, and help clients and professionals across the country find access to quality treatment through our premier residential and outpatient programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain referral partnerships with therapists, doctors, EAPs, unions, and first responder organizations.
  • Prospect new accounts and manage an active pipeline of treatment-seeking leads.
  • Represent AM Healthcare in the community through presentations, tours, and professional networking.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and meet monthly outreach and admission KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from inquiry to admission.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare or behavioral health business development, outreach, or referral relations.
  • Proven success working with private insurance clients and understanding payer models.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
  • Willing to travel regionally (overnight travel may be required).
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and communication tools.

Base Salary + Performance Bonuses (based on admissions)
