The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating our goals and aggressive vision into effective social media marketing campaigns. The objective is to grow our audience, build and maintain our brand presence and keep our followers engaged. This role requires a strong understanding of social media management, content creation, and relationship management to increase followers while fostering meaningful connections with our community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and photography that resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Daily, you will manage and post content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Weekly, analyze performance metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of social media campaigns and audience behavior. Adjust strategies as needed.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with influencers and community members to enhance brand visibility.
  • Respond to comments and DMs professionally
  • Assist with reels, trailers, and quote visuals
  • Turn raw voice memos or written posts from the executive into high-performing social content
  • Support promotional pushes (e.g., book launches, podcast episodes, products/services)
  • Seek partnerships with celebrities, online influencers and podcast hosts for cross-promotional collaborations
  • Surface trending formats, hashtags, or creators that align with our brand
  • Spot content gaps or viral opportunities worth testing

Skills

  • Proficient in social media management tools and platforms.
  • Great communicator (verbal and written) English
  • Extremely organized, reliable, and self-starting
  • Understands how to market with emotion, urgency, and cultural fluency
  • Confident using Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later/Hootsuite, CapCut (or equivalent)
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with Google tools for analytics and research purposes.
  • Basic photography skills to create compelling visual content.
  • Video editing skills to produce engaging multimedia posts.
  • A keen eye for detail and creativity in crafting visually appealing content.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
