A fast-growing fintech startup in the equipment financing space is seeking a high-performing Founding Account Executive to join the founding team. What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing
- Build strong relationships with equipment financiers, developers, and private lenders
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine GTM strategies
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
- Establish foundational sales systems, processes, and culture
You Are
- A proven sales leader with 3–5 years of experience (1–3 years in fintech or B2B SaaS preferred)
- Entrepreneurial, motivated, and self-directed
- A confident communicator and strong presenter
- Comfortable with ambiguity and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Energized by building in a startup environment
