A fast-growing fintech startup in the equipment financing space is seeking a high-performing Founding Account Executive to join the founding team. What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing
  • Build strong relationships with equipment financiers, developers, and private lenders
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine GTM strategies
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
  • Establish foundational sales systems, processes, and culture

You Are

  • A proven sales leader with 3–5 years of experience (1–3 years in fintech or B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial, motivated, and self-directed
  • A confident communicator and strong presenter
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Energized by building in a startup environment
