Responsibilities include:

  • Meet with families to understand their medical, financial, social, and personal needs.
  • Guide families through senior housing options while providing compassionate, objective recommendations.
  • Tour communities with clients and families.
  • Coordinate communication among families, healthcare providers, and senior living communities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up within our CRM.
  • Represent CarePatrol professionally at networking events, community meetings, and educational opportunities.
  • Consistently manage an active caseload while providing exceptional customer service.

  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining professional referral relationships.
  • Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Comfortable spending significant time in the community meeting with referral sources and touring with families.
  • Valid driver’s license; reliable personal vehicle; and active automobile liability insurance meeting or exceeding state minimum requirements, with proof of insurance required prior to employment. Must be willing and able to travel throughout the Mobile area and occasionally to the Pensacola and Gulf Breeze markets.
  • Must be able to successfully complete hospital and healthcare system credentialing requirements, including background checks, drug screening, immunization documentation, tuberculosis screening, and other compliance requirements as required by referral partners.

Preferred Experience

  • Existing relationships within the Mobile healthcare community.
  • Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, hospice, and home care services.
  • Experience working with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation facilities, or senior housing providers.
