Front Office Receptionist

Great entry-level role for those just graduating college

Potential start date – Jan 12th

4-8 week contract to hire (Great possibility to convert permanent)

Starting Pay – $15/hr

Company – Large Insurance Brokerage

Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm – Onsite in Mobile, AL

Requirements:

  • Ability to keep the office space tidy at all times
  • Basic computer skills needed (Microsoft Office)
  • Greeting visitors as they come in with a professional demeanor
  • Ordering office supplies and scheduling
  • Answering inbound calls, transferring when needed

Other Tasks:

  • Stock fridge/snack pantry
  • Stock office supplies
  • Decorate office for holidays
