Experience: Previous production or food processing experience required

Education: High School Diploma or GED required

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: 4, 12-hour shifts; 6:00am to 6:00pm

Clark Personnel is seeking a Production Worker to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Filleting and processing fish in a production setting
• Using knives safely and efficiently
• Working on a production line in a fast-paced environment
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
• Following all safety guidelines and procedures

Position Requirements

• Comfortable working in a cold environment for extended periods
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends (Sundays mandatory)
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Knife handling experience
• Culinary or food handling certification
