• Previous experience in propeller repair, propeller shops, or marine propulsion.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

Clark Personnel is seeking a Propeller Repair Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Inspect incoming propellers for damage, wear, cracks, bends, distortions, and balance issues.
• Repair bent blades, dents, and edge damage using specialized tools and equipment.
• Correct and calibrate propeller pitch to OEM specifications.
• Balance propellers using static and dynamic balancing equipment.
• Perform welding (aluminum, stainless steel, bronze) and grinding operations as needed.
• Use pitch blocks, laser measurement systems, and other diagnostic tools to ensure accuracy.
• Document repair findings, work performed, and final specifications.
• Test and verify completed repairs for quality, performance, and safety.
• Communicate professionally with team members and occasionally with customers regarding repair needs or recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop.

Position Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and precision workmanship.
• Ability to lift and handle propellers of varying sizes and weights.
• Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, pitch blocks, etc.).
• Problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
