Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated, customer service-oriented person to be the gatekeeper for our Administration office. This position is for someone who has office experience, scheduling, and Insurance knowledge. Responsibilities would include but are not limited to answering incoming phone calls, scheduling and confirming patient appointments, collecting payments, keeping collections current, greeting clients for check in, obtaining billing information; Respond to patient appointment inquiries, and effectively communicate with clinicians.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a multi-tasker, patient, attentive to detail, and has a positive attitude. This position requires positivity and quality patient care. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2 years office assistant/receptionist experienced in a medical office setting required.
