About the Role: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to support and streamline our sales organization. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining operational workflows, driving efficiency through standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing audit and payroll-related processes, and ensuring strong alignment between sales and operations.

As a key partner to the Sales Director, you’ll help optimize performance, improve data visibility, and maintain operational integrity across our revenue-driving teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SOPs to support scalable sales and revenue operations
  • Oversee incentive tracking, commission data validation, and payroll audit approvals
  • Monitor key sales metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align strategy with execution
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Support onboarding and compliance processes for revenue team functions
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation for audits and compensation processes

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools and CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to create, document, and enforce operational procedures
  • Familiarity with payroll cycles, incentive processing, and approval workflows
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
