Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, construction companies, municipalities, and other equipment users.
• Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.
• Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Promote equipment sales, rental solutions, and related services.
• Prepare customer quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within the company’s CRM.
• Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience within the construction or heavy equipment industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
• Demonstrated success growing territories and achieving sales objectives.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing CRM systems, ERP platforms, and manufacturer portals.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
