Role Description

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and teamwork
• Experience in Recreation and Therapeutic Recreation
• Proficiency in Event Planning and coordinating activities
• Ability to develop and manage Budgeting for various programs
• Empathy, creativity, and a resident-focused approach
• Relevant certifications in recreational therapy or activity planning are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
