Dees Marine is looking for a motivated and dependable Marine Technician to join our team!

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience working with outboard motors and marine electrical systems who can troubleshoot issues and work independently in a fast-paced marine environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience with outboard motor repair
• Experience with marine electrical systems
• Basic ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors and in hot weather
• Must have your own basic tools
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Self-disciplined, dependable, and willing to learn
