Summary:
Using exceptional technical, organizational and collaboration skills, the Systems Implementation & Administrator will manage new / existing client systems onboarding, implementations, troubleshooting, optimization and other administrative needs.The incumbent will support internal teams and clients in systems related requests.
Essential Job Functions:
- New Client Onboarding – Manage System access, setup/integrations, client training, implement new systems as needed (Bill.com, QBO, Expense processing, etc.).
- Independently manage NetSuite Implementations/migrations, including additional system integrations (Bill.com, Expensify, Point Purchasing, Concur, Divvy, Brex, SVB T&E, etc).
- Act as System Administrator for finance and accounting systems including NetSuite, QuickBooks, FloQast, Bill.com, Expensify, Procurify, Point Purchasing and others.
- Adhere to IT General Control (ITGC) policies when performing system administrator responsibilities in client systems, including user management, system change management and troubleshooting.
- Provide system support guidance for external clients and internal staff in a timely and proactive manner, utilizing the Zendesk ticketing system.
- Other job-related tasks or projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, QuickBooks
- Ability to explain technical problems and offer solutions to those without technical knowledge
- Basic understanding of accounting principles for systems onboarding and/or implementations
- Contribute to a positive and engaging team culture reflective of Engine Room norms and expectations
- Possess exceptional communication skills that build trust with others
- Must be able to have difficult conversations in a transparent, honest and respectful manner
- Possess a proactive and efficient mindset to maximize time and resources, meeting the needs of both team members and clients

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer systems, information technology, or Accounting field or related field
- Minimum 2 years in the systems technical field
- Minimum 2 years of Accounting experience
Preferred Experience:
- Proficient in Bill.com, Expensify and FloQast
- Certified NetSuite Administrator
- Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor
- Experience working in the life science industry
Physical Requirements:
- Remote or Telecommute work from home. Telecommuting employees have the choice to work in Corporate Headquarters. The company reserves the right to change the telecommuting portion of this policy at any time.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to operate in a remote environment with frequent on-camera interactions
