Position Overview:
The Corporate Programs & Products Coordinator supports the execution and daily management of Fear Free’s corporate partnerships and product relationships. This role works closely with the Corporate Programs & Products Specialist and the Director of Growth to ensure program deliverables are fulfilled, communications are timely and professional, and all partner touchpoints reflect Fear Free’s brand and mission.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Support & Coordination
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives by supporting programs that align with Fear Free’s revenue and engagement goals, as directed by the Director of Growth.
- Assist with the daily management of Corporate Program Member (CPM) and Preferred Product Provider (PPP) relationships.
- Maintain internal trackers, schedules, and records for program deliverables, benefits usage, and partner communications.
- Lead the onboarding of new PPP members and coordinate the collection of required assets and information.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries in the Corporate Programs Salesforce queue, escalating as needed.
- Manage tracking of contract terms, renewal dates, and invoicing status in collaboration with the Specialist and Finance team.
- Ensure timely updates to partner listings on the Fear Free website and other public-facing materials.
Marketing & Communication Assistance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate content delivery for partner campaigns (emails, social posts, graphics, etc.).
- Schedule and assist in the execution of webinars, podcasts, and other partner-driven events.
- Organize and maintain documentation for all approved marketing and educational assets.
- Provide administrative support for review processes related to co-branded materials and partner content.
Reporting & Data Management
- Compile basic performance metrics and engagement data for quarterly partner reports.
- Help ensure CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com) are up to date with accurate records.
- Support the analysis and reporting of program KPIs under the direction of the Specialist.
Event & Conference Support
- Coordinate logistics for partner involvement in events, conferences, and webinars.
- Prepare pre-event materials, track post-event follow-ups, and support communications with attendees and partners.
Other Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of team goals and strategic initiatives.
Performance will be measured against a combination of activity-based results and key performance indicators (KPIs). Specific targets will be set by the DOG each quarter/year and may vary by role and territory. Performance will be primarily tracked using data from the company’s CRM and other reporting platforms.
Communication Expectations
Employees are expected to respond to internal and external communications within a reasonable timeframe—ideally within the same or next business day, unless out of office. Given the fast-paced, customer-focused nature of the organization, timely responses are critical to business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, client support, partnerships, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

The Ideal Candidate Will Be Able To:
- Remain in a stationary position for an extended period while operating a computer.
- Position themselves to install tech equipment, including under desks.
- Move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Participate in virtual and/or in-person meetings.
- Travel by car and /or airplane
Travel:
- Up to 10%, including trade shows, events, or in-person client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year
