International Logistics Coordinator

About the Opportunity

FirstFour Staffing is assisting a growing export management company specializing in agricultural machinery in their search for an International Logistics Coordinator. This is a full-time, entry-level, in-office opportunity with extensive training provided.

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in accuracy and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with backgrounds in bookkeeping, accounting, purchasing, logistics, administrative support, or other detail-focused roles are strongly encouraged to apply.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in international business, logistics, and trade operations. Remote flexibility may be considered after a successful 6-month in-office training period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and place purchase orders with U.S.-based agricultural equipment manufacturers
  • Prepare and manage export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and related paperwork
  • Coordinate packaging specifications and international shipping logistics
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm order details, timelines, and shipping requirements
  • Learn and apply Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) to support international transactions and shipping responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of export transactions and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and export regulations
  • Assist with shipment tracking, discrepancy resolution, and daily operational support

Qualifications

  • Degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred, but not required
  • Equivalent experience or demonstrated aptitude will also be considered
  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, purchasing, logistics, customer service, administrative support, or data entry is a strong plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to interact confidently via phone and email
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to quickly learn internal systems and software, including QuoteWerks
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
  • No prior international trade experience required — training will be provided
