Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance such as answering phone lines, responding to emails, organizing office filing system
- Obtain required permits for ongoing projects
- Attend meeting and take notes
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for the execution of projects
- Schedule jobs
- Verify the quantity and condition of inventory
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to customer needs thoroughly in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Proven working experience in project coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Service-oriented
- Effective time management
