Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance such as answering phone lines, responding to emails, organizing office filing system
  • Obtain required permits for ongoing projects
  • Attend meeting and take notes
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for the execution of projects
  • Schedule jobs
  • Verify the quantity and condition of inventory
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to customer needs thoroughly in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Construction industry experience preferred
