Fit Recruiting hiring Customer Service Specialist in Mobile, AL

Fit Recruiting is partnering with a growing marine parts company to find a Customer Service Representative. If you enjoy helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced office, and have a mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn, this could be a great long-term opportunity!

This is a full-time position paying in the $40K-$45K range depending on experience. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the desire to learn a specialized industry.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service
• Process customer orders and assist with parts inquiries
• Help customers with basic product troubleshooting
• Learn company products and identify the correct parts for customers
• Handle warranty claims after training
• Complete order entry and other administrative tasks
• Assist with office projects and support the team as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Mechanically inclined with an eagerness to learn
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy office
• Proficient with basic computer applications
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive attitude
