Fit Recruiting is seeking a Warehouse Manager for an industrial supply company in the Mobile area. This role will oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and team leadership in a fast-paced industrial environment. Ideal candidates will have strong operational experience, inventory management expertise, and the ability to lead warehouse teams efficiently and safely. Salary is up to $55K, depending on experience, plus benefits and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and cycle counts
• Ensure safe handling of materials and compliance with warehouse safety standards
• Coordinate outbound shipments and incoming deliveries

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of warehouse management experience
• Experience in industrial supply, manufacturing, or mechanical products preferred
• Strong inventory control and operational management skills
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems
• Forklift and warehouse equipment experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
