Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain A320 based in Mobile, AL. The Captain will be responsible for overseeing all flight operations, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, performing pre-flight and post-flight inspections, and supervising co-pilots and crew members. Additional duties include maintaining thorough knowledge of flight routes, adhering to strict aviation regulations, and delivering a high standard of professional conduct and customer service during flights.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Type Rating and proficiency in operating and managing A320 aircraft
• Comprehensive knowledge of aviation practices, principles, and procedures
• Demonstrable expertise in piloting and flight command, with precise attention to safety and regulatory compliance
• Experience working with airlines and understanding of airline operations
• Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with relevant endorsements
• A minimum of 5,000 hours of total flight time, including significant command time on the A320
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong communication and decision-making skills under pressure
