Position Summary
The Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the agency in alignment with the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). This position ensures that administrative processes support the delivery of services that promote the independence, dignity, rights, and community integration of individuals served. The Office Supervisor provides leadership, guidance, and supervision to office staff while fostering a culture of compliance, efficiency, and person-centered practices.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervise daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with agency policies and HCBS requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling, record-keeping, documentation, and filing systems that protect confidentiality and respect individual rights.
• Monitor communication systems to ensure individuals, families, and staff have timely, accessible, and respectful interactions with the agency.
• Directly supervise office staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and evaluations.
• Promote a professional environment where staff uphold the values of dignity, respect, and autonomy for individuals served.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation in compliance with HCBS regulations, Medicaid waiver requirements, and state licensing standards.
• Ensure office practices reflect person-centered thinking, empowering individuals to make informed choices about their services and supports.
• Facilitate communication between administrative operations and direct service teams to promote consistency in supporting individual outcomes.
• Oversee office supply purchasing, and vendor relationships with accountability and transparency.
• Ensure resources are used efficiently to support quality service delivery and individual integration into the community.
