We are seeking a dedicated Medical Officer to join our team at the Rajahmundry NTR Sanjeevani Free Mobile Clinic. The Medical Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the Mobile Clinic, overseeing, processing, storage, and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medicine, with specific expertise in hematology and transfusion medicine.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Mobile Clinic, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Provide medical guidance and support to the Sanjeevani Clinic team, including technicians and nurses.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Clinic inventory.
• Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits and proficiency testing.
• Provide education and training to staff on Clinic procedures, safety protocols, and relevant medical topics.
• Stay informed about developments in the field of medicine and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Clinics.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of blood centre principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards governing blood centre operations.
