Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for Resort Hosts with excellent customer service skills and the motivation to provide a safe and secure environment for our members and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the highest levels of hospitality and customer service.
• Maintain clean and neat facilities throughout the resort.
• Provide a safe, fun, and secure environment for members and guests.
• Guide OCR members and guests to their campsites.
• Serve as an OCR presence to provide security for members, guests, and the resort.
• Ensure conformance with resort rules and usage regulations.
• Act as a resource for members and guests with questions, concerns, or requests for assistance.
• Establish a visible presence throughout the resort to enhance safety and facilitate communication between members, guests, and staff.
• Be professionally trained and familiar with the resort layout, rules, appropriate RV sites, utilities, facilities, and emergency procedures.
• Introduce yourself to guests to establish a first-name relationship.
• Assist members and guests in comfortably situating themselves at their site.
• Orient guests on site utilities and primary resort amenities before leaving the site.
• Ensure all vehicles display proper passes.
• When escorting guests to cabins, open doors and confirm the unit is clean and prepared.
• Orient guests on rental unit operation and resort amenities.
• Address all questions and concerns from members and guests.
• Remain accessible to the front desk and communicate any site issues or guest concerns promptly.
• Clean all buildings weekly, removing cobwebs and dirt from exteriors.
• Blow off sidewalks in front of buildings and cabins weekly.
• Empty trash cans as needed and replace liners.
• Pick up trash and sticks around the resort daily.
• Clean pool furniture at least once a month.
• Conduct daily site checks by 12 P.M.
• Check dog park cans and replace dog bags regularly.
• Ensure departing sites are clean.
• Check the pool every hour during operating hours.
• Close the pool and take out trash every night.
• Wash all golf carts, including the sales cart, daily.
• Check all empty cabins to ensure lights are off.
• Inspect streetlights and report any outages.
• Lock all buildings at night.
• Maintain flower beds weekly and perform light landscaping as needed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Clean criminal record check.
• Ability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Friendly personality with strong communication skills for frequent interaction with members and employees.
