Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Entry Level Import Account Executive. The Import Account Executive will be responsible for managing import shipments from start to finish by preparing and submitting US Customs entries, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with carriers and brokers, and maintaining accurate records. Maintaining a positive relationship with our accounts by providing proactive accurate and timely information.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing and submitting Customs entries
• Knowledge of Customs regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field is preferred
