Brief Description The Facility Operations Manager is a full-time, exempt position that reports to the Manager, Marine Service Centers, U.S. Gulf Coast. This position supports the MSC Manager in all aspects of the project pipeline, project execution team development and training, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance across workspaces, equipment, and personnel. The position is based at the Theodore, Alabama Marine Service Center and operates during normal business hours, with after-hours response as needed.

Position Responsibilities

  • Support the MSC Manager in the full project lifecycle: client engagement, estimating, bidding, planning, project management, project execution, reporting, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate personnel assignments and scheduling for operations staff in collaboration with the Facility Manager.
  • Coordinate project start-up activities across participating divisions including HSEQ, SRD, HR, Legal, etc.
  • Perform as the Project Superintendent or Diving Supervisor, as needed.
  • Manage project support staff including Project Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Engineering/ Naval Architect, Project Superintendent, etc. as required.
  • Responsible for the set-up, supervision, and management of field projects including project mobilization and de-mobilization, personnel supervision, vessel operations, project operations, diving operations, job accounting, daily reporting, client interaction, and logistics.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and represent Resolve Marine professionally in all interaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating proactive leadership and a commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s Integrated Management System and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Enforce all company policies, procedures, and work rules.
  • Participate in recruiting, developing, and training personnel to strengthen the Resolve Marine project workforce.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all applicable regulations including US Coast Guard, OSHA, DOT, and other relevant authorities.
  • Support readiness and maintenance of project equipment, facilities, and personnel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Travel Requirement

Up to 50% travel is required. If additional, travel is required beyond the specified amount, based on the operational demand, you will be notified accordingly so arrangements can be made.
