Job Title: Inside Sales Manager (Remote – U.S.-Based)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Inside Sales Manager to lead and grow our remote inside sales team. This role requires a proven background in outbound sales, software sales, and call center management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced sales environment.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of inside sales representatives, ensuring consistent performance and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee daily operations of the inside sales team, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet demand.
  • Monitor individual and team metrics (e.g., call volume, conversion rates, appointment quality) and take action to optimize performance.
  • Provide real-time feedback, conduct regular performance evaluations, and implement structured training programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine outbound sales strategies and implement tactical plans to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Ensure the team consistently books high-quality appointments that contribute to meaningful business opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, customer service excellence, and results-driven performance.
  • Analyze data and reporting dashboards to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s offerings and ensure the team is effectively communicating value to prospective customers.
  • Recruit and onboard new team members as needed to support business growth.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in inside sales management, with a significant portion spent in a call center or high-volume outbound environment.
  • Proven experience in staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance management of sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in managing remote teams and achieving sales targets in a SaaS or tech-driven organization.

Compensation:

  • Total Compensation: $50,000 – $65,000

This includes a base salary plus performance-based bonuses.
