SLRD Memorial Hospital is looking for an experienced TPA Executive to manage end-to-end TPA, insurance, and corporate empanelment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle TPA & Insurance Company Empanelment/Registration from start to finish.
Complete CGHS, ECHS, ESIC, Ayushman Bharat (AB-PMJAY) and other government/insurance panel registrations (where applicable).
Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for cashless approvals, pre-authorizations, claim processing, and settlements.
Maintain all TPA-related documentation and ensure timely submission of claims.
Resolve claim queries, deductions, and pending cases with insurance companies.
Coordinate with billing, medical records, doctors, and finance departments for smooth claim processing.
Develop and maintain relationships with TPAs, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurance guidelines.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate records of all TPA activities.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management preferred).
2–5 years of experience in Hospital TPA/Insurance Operations.
Strong knowledge of hospital billing, cashless claims, empanelment, and documentation.
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Hospital Information System (HIS) will be an added advantage.
