Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver . Must have open availability, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check.

Duties

• Provide personal care services, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs, helping clients navigate their environment safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe living space for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals regarding care plans and any changes in health status.
• Document care provided and report any concerns or observations to appropriate personnel.
• Support clients emotionally by providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations or activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an In Home Caregiver or in a related healthcare field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Ability to work independently while following established care protocols.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others maintain their dignity and independence.
