Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Mobile, AL. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of all dining services, manage and train staff to uphold high standards of customer service, and ensure exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. Responsibilities also include menu planning in collaboration with the culinary team, managing budgets, monitoring inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and handling member feedback to continually elevate service quality.

- Expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering distinguished guest experiences
- Experience in staff Training and development to maintain a highly skilled and professional team
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a private club or high-end food and beverage setting is a plus
