Regional VP – Enterprise SaaS Sales – New Business Acquisition Description

Our client, a leader in revenue orchestration software, is seeking a Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales – New Business Acquisition to lead a high-performing team of Account Executives focused exclusively on acquiring new enterprise customers across North America. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct ownership of pipeline growth, net-new logo acquisition, and strategic expansion into complex, multi-product SaaS opportunities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product to execute against aggressive new business targets. The ideal candidate is a strategic and execution-focused sales leader with deep experience guiding teams through complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles. This role is perfect for a driven leader who thrives in high-growth SaaS environments and is passionate about building new customer relationships.

Regional VP – Enterprise SaaS Sales – New Business Acquisition Responsibilities

  • Lead Enterprise Account Executives focused exclusively on new customer acquisitions
  • Coach and guide the team through complex, evangelical sales cycles
  • Provide hands-on deal support to accelerate pipeline and close new logos
  • Guide the team in developing Executive Points of View and tailored outreach plans
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive new business campaigns and go to market initiatives
  • Build and refine playbooks and processes for enterprise new logo acquisition
  • Lead pipeline reviews and forecasts with focus on new business progression
  • Own and deliver against new business revenue and KPI targets
  • Guide the team in developing Executive Points of View and tailored outreach plans
  • Drive innovation, enablement, and tech adoption to boost team productivity
  • Cultivate a high-performance team culture of urgency, ownership, and results
  • Represent the team as a trusted, results-oriented enterprise sales leader

Regional VP – Enterprise SaaS Sales – New Business Acquisition Qualifications

  • 5+ years of SaaS Enterprise sale leadership, with a strong focus on new business, is required
  • SaaS sales across diverse industries and multi-product/platform environments is required
  • Experience guiding teams in high-complexity, high value enterprise sales cycles is required
  • Work experience in a high growth environment is required
  • Expertise in motivating frontline Account Executives to exceed revenue targets is required
  • Deep knowledge of go-to-market tools, CRM systems, and AI-driven platforms is required
