Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Wholesale Fuels Rack Coordinator to join our Wholesale Fuels team. This role is pivotal in managing customer onboarding, maintaining CRM data integrity, supporting rack transaction operations, and conducting actionable market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding & Relationship Management

• Coordinate new customer setup from credit approval through TABS and rack access provisioning.
• Act as the liaison between internal operations, credit, and sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing fuel supply access for the customer base.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce and/or SAP CRM).
• Monitor rack authorization statuses and proactively address customer access or lift issues.

Transaction Support & Systems Management

• Monitor and validate rack transactions and lift activity using Toptech TMS 7, SAP, and DTN TABS.
• Assist in the configuration and maintenance of pricing, customer groups, and location profiles.
• Collaborate with IT or system administrators to troubleshoot data issues and enhance transactional accuracy.

Market & Operations Analysis

• Utilize DTN Prophet X to analyze market trends, pricing movements, and supply disruptions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support commercial and operational decision-making.
• Track performance metrics, allocation utilization, and customer lift behavior to identify optimization opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing, supply, and logistics teams to improve customer experience and rack performance.
• Support fuel allocations, terminal changes, and emergency communication efforts as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in refined fuels marketing, logistics, or rack operations.
• Working knowledge of fuel terminal systems and electronic bill of lading processes.

Technical Proficiency:

• Toptech TMS 7 – terminal/rack operations data
• DTN TABS – rack authorization and control
• DTN Prophet X – refined fuels market pricing and trends
• SAP – customer and transactional data management
• Power BI – report creation, dashboarding, and data visualization

Key Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer and transactional data.
