Position Summary

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who inspires excellence, drives profitability, and delivers an exceptional guest experience while fostering a culture of service, innovation, and teamwork.

As an ambassador for the brand, the GM will lead strategic planning and daily operations across all departments, ensuring alignment with company values and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations and lead all departments.
  • Manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction, brand standards, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive revenue goals, cost control, and profitability initiatives.
  • Lead capital projects and coordinate with ownership on key initiatives.
  • Develop and mentor department heads and management teams.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Assistant General Manager, F&B Director, Executive Housekeeper, Chief Engineer, Director of Sales, and People & Culture Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven success in a General Manager or senior hotel leadership role.
  • Strong financial acumen and operational management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on management style with a guest-first mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency.
  • Experience with Opera Cloud (PMS), Micros Simphony (POS), M3 (Accounting/AP), and ADP (Payroll) preferred.

Working Conditions

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role requiring consistent presence across all hotel departments. The position involves active engagement with guests, team members, and operations, not a desk job.
