Human Resources Business Partner – Manufacturing | Full-Time | Onsite
Are you a strategic HR leader with a passion for driving employee engagement and operational excellence in a manufacturing environment? We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to our team.
This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and delivering timely, effective HR solutions across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a proactive business partner to plant and operations leadership, delivering strategic and tactical HR support.
- Facilitate open communication between employees and management to resolve conflicts and drive engagement.
- Lead initiatives to promote transparency, morale, and a culture of safety and inclusion.
- Provide performance management guidance, assisting in complex employee relations issues.
- Continuously improve and standardize HR practices, policies, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist employees with questions related to recruitment, benefits, training, and payroll.
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and team alignment.
What You Bring:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field — or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven track record supporting plant-floor employees and leadership alike.
- Working knowledge of employment law (FMLA, NLRB, FLSA, ADA, etc.) and its practical application.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) and strong Excel or Power BI skills.
- Experience with HR case management systems and employee relations reporting.
Preferred:
- HRCI or SHRM certification.
