Overview

We’re hiring a driven and personable Remote Outbound Sales & Private Equity Associate to join our growing team. In this part-time, remote employee role, you’ll reach out to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical business owners to introduce them to our strategic growth and acquisition programs.

You’ll play a critical role in connecting business owners with tools to grow or exit their companies—either by inviting them to our Acquisition Workshop or by identifying acquisition opportunities that align with our investment criteria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales & Relationship Building
  • Call and engage business owners using warm leads.
  • Invite qualified owners to attend our online Acquisition Workshop.
  • Follow up with no-shows and encourage them to book a Free Strategy Call.
  • Acquisition Opportunity Sourcing
  • Uncover potential acquisition opportunities through strategic conversations.
  • Qualify and pass on acquisition leads to our internal team.
  • Maintain up-to-date tracking in our CRM system.
  • Commission-Based Outreach
  • Earn bonuses when your outreach leads to enrollments or successful acquisitions.

Compensation Plan

  • Hourly Base Pay: $15/hour (20 hours/week)
  • Commission Structure (One-Time Payments):
  • Acquisition Workshop Outcomes:
  • $250 for each business owner you invite who joins the Acquisition Academy
  • $500 for each business owner who joins the Acquisition Accelerator
  • Business Acquisitions You Help Source:
  • $500 for companies acquired under $1.5M in valuation
  • $750 for companies acquired between $1.5M and $3M
  • $1,000 for companies acquired over $3M

There is no cap on commissions. This role rewards those who consistently connect with qualified business owners and identify strong opportunities.Ideal Candidate Profile
