Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Building and managing a sales pipeline from scratch
  • Prospecting, cold outreach, and qualifying leads
  • Engaging medical professionals and communicating the value of our services
  • Managing the full sales cycle: from initial contact to signed agreement
  • Meeting and exceeding performance goals
  • Attending occasional industry events

We’re Looking for Candidates Who:

  • Are experienced in B2B sales (minimum 2 years required)
  • Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Understand and can handle the challenges of cold outreach
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Are coachable and open to growth and feedback

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $60,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission potential — top performers can earn an additional $40,000+ in Year 1
