PoBoy911 is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a strong background as an Outside Insurance Adjuster. This is a unique opportunity to step out of the adjusting field and into a dynamic, fast-paced leadership role within a top-tier restoration company.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who knows the claims process inside and out—you’ve been in the field, dealt with scope writing, adjuster meetings, and understand policy guidelines.
• A candidate with light construction experience or familiarity with scopes of work, materials, timelines, and subcontractor coordination.
• A natural communicator who can translate insurance language into action, ensuring that restoration projects stay on track and aligned with approved scopes.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously with professionalism and urgency.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate restoration projects from initial assignment to completion.
• Interpret insurance estimates (Xactimate, Symbility, etc.) and align job scope with approved coverage.
• Manage subcontractors and internal crews to ensure jobs meet budget, scope, and timeline expectations.
• Communicate regularly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to keep all parties updated.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between estimates and real-world conditions.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an outside or field insurance adjuster (required).
• Familiarity with construction trades and terminology.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to read and understand insurance scopes and policy details.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using job management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
