Industrial Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to drive manufacturing excellence through process optimization, production balancing, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, lean manufacturing, and production optimization within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve industrial engineering strategies.
• Analyze and optimize production workflows, assembly line balancing, and workstation configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct value stream mapping (VSM), capacity analysis, material flow analysis, and time studies.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure manufacturing performance.
• Identify process bottlenecks, resolve production issues, and implement sustainable improvements.
• Lead and participate in client and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support manufacturing teams by developing standardized work instructions and optimizing production processes.
• Drive initiatives to improve delivery performance, reduce quality issues, and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Final Assembly Line (FAL), or Quality Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Material Flow Analysis, Capacity Analysis, and other industrial engineering tools.
• Experience developing production balancing strategies and manufacturing process improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of driving continuous improvement initiatives independently.
