We are making a massive $70M capital investment in our new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, and we need a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to help lead the transition. What You’ll Do

• Own the Process: Take charge of assigned production cells, independently troubleshooting daily manufacturing issues and optimizing toolpaths for maximum efficiency.
• Drive Innovation: Analyze CMM data to make complex CNC program adjustments directly at the control, integrating new equipment and refining processes in our advanced facility.
• Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with engineering, planning, operations, and quality teams to ensure seamless production flow, while also training and qualifying shop-floor operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering field.
• 4 to 12 years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience, with a strong background in 5-axis CNC machining (Mazak/Siemens controls preferred).
• Deep knowledge of metal cutting, programming, GD&T, and the ability to interpret CMM data to make real-time adjustments on the shop floor.
• A self-starter mentality with exceptional cross-functional communication skills, ready to take ownership and drive continuous improvement without needing step-by-step direction.
