Who We Are + What We Do
We are a local Fit Body Boot Camp franchise in Daphne, AL, that has been serving the Eastern Shore for 14 years.
We offer two signature programs at our facility. Fit Body Boot Camp and Fit Body Forever.
We’ve built both programs around one idea: This is the last program our clients will ever need.
That’s our Big Promise, and it’s what makes this opportunity so special.
For our Fit Body Boot Camp (FBBC) clients, we help them lose weight for the last time.
For Fit Body Forever (FBF) clients, we help them keep up, stay sharp so they can do more of what they love.
We don’t just lead workouts. We deliver personalized coaching.
Our team shows up differently. We know our clients’ names, their goals, and what stands in their way. We challenge, cheer, and coach like our clients’ lives depend on it, because sometimes, they do.
As a team, we pride ourselves on being a group of upbeat, humble, fitness professionals that never settle.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
You are:
Passionate About Process and People
You thrive on making sure everything runs smoothly and on schedule, but you also understand that people are the heart of it all. You’re empathetic, ensuring everyone on the team feels valued and more than just a part of the process.
Structured Yet Agile
You’re the kind of person who loves organization and efficiency, but you also know when to pivot. While structure and routine fuel your day, you stay cool when things need to shift. Because you’re so organized, being adaptable is easy for you.
Organized Planner
Before diving into any project, you ask, “What’s the goal?” Then, you break it down step-by-step to ensure success. Always thinking ahead, you make sure the team is prepared and equipped. For you, checklists and deadlines are key to peace of mind.
A Quick Learner
New skills, tools, or systems? Bring it on. You love learning and growing, whether it’s mastering the latest software or understanding what makes your team tick. You pick things up fast, making you an asset to any team or project.
Tech Savvy
While you’re not necessarily an IT guru, you know your way around software and gadgets. People naturally come to you to help them set up or fix tech issues. You love finding new ways to leverage tools to make life easier.
Fast Problem Solver
Problems don’t usually catch you off guard. You’re the one who spots issues before they arise and has a solution already in motion. When challenges come up, you not only solve them, you create systems to prevent them from happening again.
Really Smart (And Not Just Book Smart)
You’re emotionally intelligent, self-aware, and sharp. You’ve got people smarts, a quick wit, and can solve complex problems effortlessly. Whether it’s a tricky math problem or trivia night, you’re the one people rely on because you’ve got the brains to back it up.
Passionate About Transformation
You’re not just a coach—you’re a catalyst for change. Helping people transform their lives, both physically and mentally, excites you. It’s about guiding them to unlock what they didn’t know was possible and seeing their belief in themselves grow. Getting to know each individual, understanding what motivates them, and helping them become their best selves is what fuels your passion to show up every day.
A Coach at Heart
Whether you’re introducing a new tool to the team or teaching a client the perfect squat form, you thrive on seeing others grow and succeed. You’re not just about coaching exercises; you’re about coaching mindsets. You love empowering people to learn, evolve, and take steps toward their goals, big and small.
A Connector of People and Systems
You understand that systems are the backbone of success, but you also know the importance of human connection. You can see where systems can be improved and how they impact the team, but you’re equally skilled at adapting your approach to meet people where they are. You make people feel seen, heard, and valued, no matter the situation.
Someone with a flexible schedule
While we want to keep things as routine as possible, there may be times when you’ll be required to coach a 5 am session or an evening block that ends at 7 pm. If some early mornings and evenings are a no-go, this won’t be a great fit for you.
