Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Daphne, AL. The Corporate and Group Events Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing group events, corporate outings, and special occasions hosted at Eastern Shore Lanes. Daily tasks include building client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining a clear sales pipeline, and developing creative marketing strategies to attract corporate groups and special events. Additional responsibilities include delivering exceptional experiences to clients, managing event logistics, preparing proposals, and ensuring guest satisfaction from initial inquiry to event execution.

Qualifications

• Event Coordination and Planning skills to efficiently manage logistics, bookings, and on-site event execution.
• Sales and Business Development expertise, including client relationship management, upselling event packages, and identifying market opportunities.
• Marketing and Promotional skills, such as developing creative outreach initiatives and implementing sales campaigns for corporate and group events.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the event planning process.
• Experience in Customer Service with a focus on exceeding guest expectations and addressing inquiries or troubleshooting promptly.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools or event management software is highly desirable.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business is preferred, but equivalent experience may be considered.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for hosting and managing events.
