Mobile, AL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote after 90 days of training)

Fit Recruiting is partnering with an innovative healthcare technology company to identify a Client Administrator to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with healthcare revenue cycle experience who enjoys analyzing data, solving problems, and working directly with clients to improve operational performance. Salary is in the $60K range, depending on experience, plus company perks, benefits, and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day client operations across healthcare revenue cycle platforms
• Monitor claims, eligibility, remittance, and operational workflows
• Analyze KPIs, denial trends, and performance metrics
• Investigate and resolve client issues while coordinating with internal teams
• Generate reports and provide operational insights to clients
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and workflow optimization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Excel, reporting tools, or BI platforms
• Knowledge of ANSI X12 EDI transactions (270/271, 837, 277, 835) preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills
