What You’ll Do

• Guide borrowers from application to clear-to-close
• Build relationships with realtors and referral partners
• Use our systems to close loans in two weeks or less
• Stay current on programs and compliance requirements

What You’ll Need

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license (NMLS)
• Comfortable with 100 % commission pay
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive, motivated mindset—no experience required; we train

Compensation
$95,000 – $500,000+ OTE (commission only). Earn up to 40 % more than typical retail comp plans—while paying zero out-of-pocket fees.
