Clinical Research Coordinator (Oncology) – Urgent Contract Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) with a strong oncology background to support a high-priority clinical research program in need of immediate support.
This is a time-sensitive opportunity for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and can make an immediate impact.
Location: Mobile, AL – rotating between 3 clinical sites (within ~30-mile radius)
Assignment Length: 12 weeks minimum (strong potential for extension or full-time conversion)
About the Opportunity:
Due to ongoing team transitions and program growth, we are rapidly expanding our research staff and looking to onboard multiple CRCs who can hit the ground running. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring continuity of clinical trials and patient care during a pivotal period.
This is a highly visible role where your experience and execution will directly support the success and stability of active oncology studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage oncology clinical trials in compliance with protocols and GCP
- Support patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment
- Maintain accurate and timely study documentation and data entry
- Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and cross-functional teams
- Help ensure continuity and quality across multiple active studies
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
- Strong oncology clinical research background (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Experience managing competing priorities across multiple sites
Additional Details:
- Travel between 3 nearby sites (~30 miles total)
- Open to traveling candidates; lodging and meal stipends may be considered
- Opportunity to work alongside additional incoming team members as the program scales
- Potential to transition into a long-term or permanent role (dependent on performance)
