Project Management Consultant (PMO)

MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking a Project Management Consultant to support a large-scale logistics transformation and warehouse modernization program within a manufacturing environment. The consultant will provide PMO leadership across multiple workstreams, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive project governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and execution oversight.

The ideal candidate is a strong PMO professional with exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating project meetings, maintaining schedules, risks, actions, and KPIs, developing executive-level reporting, tracking dependencies, and ensuring successful project delivery within a structured stage-gate methodology. Logistics or supply chain experience is a plus, but the primary focus is on project management excellence, organizational skills, and the ability to influence and engage senior leadership.

Key Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of Project Management, PMO, or Program Management experience
• Strong experience with governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
• Proven ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional projects
• Experience with project lifecycle/stage-gate methodologies
• Logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or aerospace experience preferred but not required

Success in this role will be driven by PMO rigor, proactive problem-solving, strong executive communication, and the ability to bring structure and accountability to complex project environments.
