Solaro Energy hiring Manufacturing Operations Manager in Robertsdale, AL
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all day-to-day manufacturing operations
- Lead train, motivate, and evaluate production employees
- Promote a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment
- Schedule production to maximize efficiency while meeting customer delivery deadlines.
- Ensure customer orders are manufactured accurately, on time, and meet Solaro’s quality standards.
- Maintain inventory levels to support uninterrupted production.
- Coordinate purchasing of production materials and supplies as needed
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Perform or coordinate preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshooting mechanical, production, and equipment issues.
- Maintain production equipment, tools, and machinery in excellent working conditions
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and OSHA regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient manufacturing facility
- Monitor production performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with engineering, technical support, and management to implement new products and improve existing manufacturing processes
- Coordinate shipping activities to ensure products are packaged and shipped accurately and on schedule.
- Assist management in planning future production capacity and equipment needs
