Role Description

We are seeking a Staffing Branch Manager to oversee operations and growth strategies at our Mobile, AL location. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Branch Manager will manage all aspects of branch operations, including recruiting, hiring, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the business development process. The manager will develop and foster client relationships and meet performance goals to ensure the branch’s success in delivering staffing solutions to our clients.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills, including team management, employee training, and conflict resolution
• Experience in recruitment processes, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies for industrial or related sectors
• Strong client relationship management skills, including maintaining client satisfaction and developing new business opportunities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, employees, and management
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with the staffing industry, particularly in the marine, industrial, or construction sectors, is desired
